The Evergreen Club is fully accredited as a Mental Health Clubhouse by Clubhouse International and the state of Washington. It serves residents of Spokane County over the age of 18 whose lives have been affected by mental illness. Members and staff work together to promote the well-being and success of each individual in the Club. Working side-by-side, members and staff run and operate the Clubhouse, performing vital daily tasks that give them ownership over their journey to recovery. The members belong to the Clubhouse and the Clubhouse belongs to the members.

The Club believes people recovering from mental illness should have:

  • A place to go
  • A place to return to
  • Work opportunities
  • Meaningful relationships

The Club strives to make all members feel their presence is welcome, ensuring that someone anticipates their arrival and conveys to them their participation makes a positive difference to the Club.
