Client Grievance Process
If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with the services you have received at Frontier Behavioral Health, you are encouraged to discuss this with your clinician or with his/her supervisor. If this does not resolve your concerns, you may initiate a grievance. By virtue of your initiating the grievance process, it is understood that in the course of a review resulting from this it may be necessary for one or both of the above-referenced persons who is/was not directly involved in the services you received to review relevant records, which may include protected health information. There will be no retaliation, formal or informal, against you for filing a grievance.
