Supportive Housing

Supportive Housing is a person-centered model that strives to support individuals in acquiring and retaining stable housing.

Supportive Housing services include

  • Outreach and/or in-office visits
  • Assistance with finding and retaining housing
  • Connection to community services such as SSI, TANF, utility support programs and Basic Food

To be eligible, individuals must be

  • Enrolled with Frontier Behavioral Health
  • Eligible for Washington Medicaid
  • 18 or older
  • Chronically homeless or have frequent or lengthy institutional contact

The program does not assist in paying rent or other housing-related costs. Individuals will pay no more than 30 percent of their income toward housing costs. For information call 509.838.4651, ext. 095091
