The Community First Choice + COPES programs provide long-term care services and supports that allow individuals 18 and older who qualify financially and functionally to remain in their homes.
COPES (Community Options Program Entry System) may pay for wraparound services including:
- Home-delivered meals
- Home health aides
- Skilled nursing care
- Adult day care or training
All COPES recipients receive Medicaid coverage including medical expenses such as doctor visits, prescription medications, and home health services. In addition, they receive case management services to assist with planning and monitoring care.
