Home Based Support Services

The Home Based Support Services program provide long-term care services and supports that allow individuals 18 and older who qualify financially and functionally to remain in their homes.

The program may pay for wraparound services including:

  • Home-delivered meals
  • Home health aides
  • Skilled nursing care
  • Adult day care or training

All recipients receive Medicaid coverage including medical expenses such as doctor visits, prescription medications, and home health services. In addition, they receive case management services to assist with planning and monitoring care.
