The Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS) program is a mobile outreach team that provides rapid response, crisis intervention, and in-home stabilization services to individuals aged 20 and younger and their families. MRSS works with individuals who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis who need follow-up support and resources.

  • Brief counseling
  • In-home stabilization
  • Information and referral
  • Resource connection
  • Peer support

MRSS works with individuals aged 20 and younger, and their families, caregivers, and other supports within Spokane County. There are no financial eligibility requirements to receive MRSS services.
